Our planning: consistent from the start
In the area of switchgear, we have extensive experience with planning and producing switchgear in line with DIN EN ISO 61439 (= CE-compliant) and in EAC-compliant and UL 508A-compliant execution. We rely on modern aids and tools as early as the start of the planning process. Our CAE/CAD systems guarantee meaningful, thoughtfully considered documentation – solidly structured and in meticulous detail. 

Production
We produce our switchgear at our own production site, which maintains a high level of flexibility right through to the end of the project phase. The capacity we have created allows for short realization times and a high level of delivery reliability. We test and verify all systems and equipment in detail before they are used. This allows us to guarantee our customers the very highest quality, along with long-term reliable and fault-free operation. Our production capacity can accommodate overall lengths of up to 50 meters.

So safety and security always come first

We support our customers in the field of safety and security technology in living up to the various considerations required. Nearly every piece of switchgear we plan, produce, and program works in a context that touches on safety and security and performs related functions in its own right. In the area of electrical safety and security technology, we are also happy to offer SISTEMA analyses.

Through our engineering, documentation, and programming activities, we ensure functions involving everything from personal safety to technical process reliability.

Our switchgear meets the current requirements of Directive 2014/35/EU (also known as the low-voltage directive). In this context, we offer the drafting of risk assessments and analyses – including for existing systems and equipment that are due for overhaul or retrofitting.

Our safety and security considerations are subject to a number of standards, including the following:

• DIN EN ISO 12100:2010 safety of machinery
• DIN EN ISO 13849-1:2008 safety-related parts of control systems (PL)
• DIN EN ISO 13855:2010 positioning of safeguards

According to DIN EN ISO 14121-1, a risk analysis supplies information needed in order to assess the risk. This information can then be used to decide whether risk minimization is needed. This can play a major role in the necessary budgeting where an overhaul or retrofit is planned.

In addition to our extensive range of services as a system integrator, assembly, installation, and commissioning of systems and equipment are also part of what we do, of course. We can assemble and install your switchgear on site and ensure that all control functions are commissioned. The electrical part of these services concludes with verification in line with IEC 60364-6:2016 (DIN VDE 0100-600). In the functional sphere, a joint formal acceptance procedure is carried out so your systems and equipment can run reliably and without disruptions.
