You can advance your career at Dussmann, starting out from kitchen assistant to training as a cook through to company restaurant manager. The opportunities for earning qualifications in the food services field are therefore very diverse.
To provide you with the best possible further training, we have our own campus, which is specially designed for continuing training and education. In addition, we regularly offer culinary workshops where you can develop your skills on specific topics.
Quite a lot. As good food is the basis for wellbeing and performance, we at Dussmann put a high priority on selected organic and Fairtrade products. We also focus on seasonal food in order to save resources. But that's not all – have a look at the other measures we take:
- We rely on our own Planet!Based nutrition concept, which is based on the Planetary Health Diet.
- We take care to avoid food waste and reduce packaging and also have cooperations with providers of reusable products.
- We use fish and fish products from predominantly MSC and ASC-certified sources.
- We calculate the CO2 footprint of our food and products.
Whether it's the joint development of a new dish or a suggestion for a new ordering concept – you can contribute your creative ideas at our innovation round table. Your superiors and colleagues are always open to new ideas. We also have our own Food Service Innovation Lab within the company, which accepts, develops, and implements creative ideas.
In addition, we offer various digital communication platforms and workshops where creative interaction and sharing are expressly desired and encouraged.
