Dussmann employees are trained in communication, safety, and security in museum settings according to the ECHOCAST standard. ECHOCAST, founded in 2003 as part of an EU project, is a nonprofit network whose aim is to build on and safeguard the quality of guest services provided at museums, nature parks, and other cultural institutions in the German-speaking world.
Having a defined standard makes it possible to ensure social quality, safety, and security in guest services. It also opens up the possibility of organizing services. ECHOCAST allows for quality agreements between the museum and those providing personnel services. It also establishes clear quality requirements for employees.
This approach allows us to ensure that all employees are optimally prepared to work at your facility or institution, in line with recognized standards. And you can rest assured that your guests will feel welcome and receive professional service.
