Everyday professional: Sławomir Koprowicz

Sławomir Koprowicz started at Dussmann Polska in 2021 as Director of Implementation and Development of Refrigeration Technology with the task of developing the refrigeration services segment. Refrigeration technology is a recurring theme in the engineer's career: he has been working in this field for 20 years. He brings impressive expertise from his positions in several companies, which his colleagues at Dussmann Polska still draw on today.

Sławomir Koprowicz is a person with a lot of energy. In his free time, he is interested in Formula 1 and, if time allows, he watches all the races of the season. He is fascinated by the highly specialized technology, speed, and the ability of the drivers to stay focused in very dynamic situations and achieve the best results. He also likes to travel to European cities and is interested in the cultures of people on other continents.

Successful with a great team

Just like in Formula 1, he also started his new role at Dussmann Polska with great dynamism. Sławomir Koprowicz redesigned the development of refrigeration technology at Dussmann Polska and introduced modern structures. "Sławomir proved to be not only a born salesman, but also an excellent project manager who implemented this change with great experience," reports Mateusz Czerwiński, Sławomir Koprowicz 's supervisor.

Sławomir Koprowicz received a great deal of support from the management for his vision of refrigeration technology at Dussmann Polska. This support motivated him even more and also made it easy for his experienced team to keep pace with the changes in the field. "I am lucky to work with a great team that sticks together and makes great things possible," he says.

Their success proves them right: sales of refrigeration technology have increased significantly over the last three years. In 2021, his team managed to double sales, in 2022 sales increased by 40 percent and in 2023 by a further 60 percent.
