In Achim near Bremen, a total of 35 colleagues work for a major customer to ensure that an impressive 47,000 square meters are kept clean every day – from offices and break rooms to sensitive areas around the conveyor belts.
Hand in Hand
Since 2020, the Dussmann Facility Management crew has been reliably mastering every challenge in building cleaning: from ten stairwells to break rooms to the canteen in three-shift system.
What makes the people behind it tick? We visited our colleagues on site and asked them this and that: Early shift or late shift? Window cleaning or floor mopping? The answers show how versatile and committed the people behind the daily work are. People from Bulgaria, Ghana, Somalia, Italy, Serbia, Turkey, and Germany work hand in hand here – and ensure customer satisfaction every day.
