Strong team spirit and great training

I have been working at Dussmann for over 17 years. The flat hierarchies and short communication channels create a good working environment. Our team is distinguished by strong bonds and fun at work – sometimes even together after work. I originally started in gardening and landscaping, but through internal training I was able to broaden my professional horizons and eventually took a position in building technology.

Success as a career changer

I've been a member of the Dussmann team since 2022 and found my way here as a building technology technician through a lateral entry option. I particularly appreciate the opportunity to work independently and take on responsibility. The team cohesion is also great and we try to get together regularly. For example, we organized a breakfast together on International Women's Day.

Quite a few! We have special jobs that are particularly suitable for career changers, such as a janitorial services position.
