When Seconds Count

Alert, experienced, and reliable: Tamás Sisa has been ensuring the safety of our customers since 2003.

Just after three o’clock in the morning, everything seems quiet. But suddenly, Tamás Sisa and his colleagues notice a man on the grounds of the residential complex they are protecting.  

For the residents, an operation is about to begin—one they will likely never even know about—because potential damage is prevented before it occurs. 

Tamás and his colleagues ask the man to leave the area. A short while later, he returns. Through the security cameras, Tamás Sisa watches the man move between parked cars with a flashlight and tamper with one of the vehicles. It immediately becomes clear: this is no coincidence. 

A Real-Life Blockbuster Moment 

As he keeps the suspect under constant observation and provides the police with real-time updates by phone, every second counts. Just a few minutes after the emergency call, officers arrive on the scene. The arrest is successful – and no damage is done to any of the vehicles. To this day, Tamás Sisa vividly remembers the police arrival: “The police cars came in simultaneously from three different streets. It was like a real-life blockbuster moment.” 

Always Ready for the Right Moment 

Situations like these stay with you. Because of the tension, but above all because of the responsibility. But they also demonstrate what customers can expect from a professional security service: attentiveness, quick decision-making, and decisive action when it counts. 

Most of the time, Tamás Sisa’s work as a Security Officer appears rather uneventful: he monitors screens, controls access points, and carries out patrols. A lot of routine – yet no two days are ever the same. Security means staying alert, recognizing critical situations within seconds, and taking the right action at exactly the right moment. 

This is about far more than learned procedures or the right technology. Above all, it requires experience, a trained eye, and the ability to make calm and decisive decisions. Maintaining control under pressure is equally important. “This job can only be done with heart, soul, and humility,” says Tamás S. 

A Man for Every Situation 

His first shift began on July 1, 2003. Today, he is a well-established and highly respected member of the team. Over more than 23 years, he has taken on many roles: shift supervisor, trainer for new colleagues, and, above all, a trusted point of contact on site. He has worked at various locations and supported the opening of new facilities. All of these experiences shape the way he approaches his work today. 

Security work is always a team effort—and reliable security is achieved when people trust one another and share information quickly and reliably. “Good work requires trust and mutual respect,” he says. Many of his colleagues have worked alongside him for years. Everyone knows they can rely on one another. Some of these professional relationships have become almost like family. 

When the Beat Takes Over 

After demanding workdays, Tamás Sisa looks for ways to recharge. Spending time with his family. Going for walks. Playing football with his son. “And I really love music and dance parties. That’s where I can truly let off steam and gain new experiences,” he says. All of this helps him clear his mind and reduce stress. “That’s how I can do my job in a good mood – and with a smile.”
